LEADERSHIP TEAM

Pawan is amongst the few real estate professionals who possess both investing and development experience. ADDRESS MAKER has successfully delivered over 5 mn sq ft of real estate under his leadership in Bengaluru, India.

Pawan has over 25 years of experience in Real Estate, Investing, Business Strategy and Technology Consulting. His ardent instinct, diligence and experience have enabled him to transform ADDRESS MAKER into a successful professionally run Real Estate developer in Bengaluru. His attention to detail and hands on approach on all aspects of the company from planning to design to business development, has ensured successful completion of real estate projects even in a challenging environment.

In his previous role as Investment Partner, Pawan was responsible for leading, mentoring and monitoring Private Equity real estate investments in South India. Before moving to India, he worked for IBM in London where he was responsible for developing business strategies for several European and Middle Eastern clients in the financial services sector. Prior to his MBA, Pawan worked for the Global Equities division of Deutsche Bank, Singapore, as a Business and Technology Analyst. He was a summer intern with Corporate Strategy Group of The World Bank, Washington D.C., during his MBA.

Pawan is a fitness enthusiast – he has successfully completed the Full and Half Iron Triathlons which are widely considered to be the most difficult one day sporting events in the world. He was one of the top athletes at IIT Mumbai who he represented in athletics. He is also an avid trekker and has enjoyed a few treks in the Indian Himalayas. He is fond of western music (60’s to 80’s genre) and had moonlighted as a Radio Jockey on Mumbai FM (1997 – 2000) hosting live shows on contemporary and western classics every Sunday.

Pawan did his BTech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from University of Oxford, UK.

A qualified Chartered Accountant (All India rank holder), Santosh Soni comes with over 19 years of experience and is responsible for Finance and Legal at ADDRESS MAKER.

Santosh is actively involved in deal acquisition/structuring and team building while ensuring that the vision of the company comes to being. His financial expertise is thoroughly leveraged to ensure timely delivery at a realistic cost for the company.

Prior to Address Maker, in an investment role Santosh was instrumental in consummating various investment deals and managed a portfolio of over 5 million sq. ft. He has also worked with a real estate developer for three years as the Head of Finance & Taxation, based out of Mumbai.
